This document is a solid, specific starting point written around how WELLTH actually operates. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have the health-tech attorney referenced in the Portal PRD review it before relying on it.
[LEGAL ENTITY NAME] trading as WELLTH Mastery ("WELLTH", "we", "us") operates wellthmastery.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Application and booking details. When you apply for a discovery call we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the answers you provide in the application form, including information about your business, your health goals and your current circumstances.
- Correspondence. Anything you send us by email or through the site.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data. IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed. This is standard web server and analytics data used to keep the site working and understand traffic.
Health information. If you become a client, we collect detailed health information: symptoms, medical history, laboratory results, training and nutrition data, and biometric measurements. That information is handled under our coaching agreement and stored in access-controlled systems, not on this website. It is never sold, and it is never used for advertising.
2. Why we use it
- To assess applications and decide whether an engagement is a fit.
- To schedule, prepare for and follow up on calls.
- To deliver coaching services if you become a client.
- To send you information you asked for. We do not add applicants to unrelated marketing lists.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
3. Legal bases (UK/EU visitors)
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (delivering services you asked for), legitimate interests (running and securing the business, in a way that does not override your rights), consent (where required, for example marketing email, which you may withdraw at any time), and legal obligation. Health data is special category data and is processed only with your explicit consent.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as far as they need it:
- Website hosting and content delivery.
- Scheduling and customer-relationship tools used to manage applications.
- Email delivery providers.
- Payment processors, who handle card details directly. We never see or store your full card number.
- Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
We operate internationally and some providers are located outside your country. Where personal information is transferred out of the UK or EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Applications that do not proceed: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records: for the engagement and for as long as needed afterwards to meet legal, tax and professional obligations.
- Health information: deleted on request unless we are required to retain it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your information, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
To exercise any right, email hello@wellthmastery.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
8. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and encryption at rest for sensitive records. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the protection of health information seriously and limit access to those who need it.
9. Children
This site and our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Cookies
The site uses only what is necessary to serve pages and understand aggregate traffic. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated and, where required, consent requested first.
11. Changes
If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, contact you directly.
